TRAFFIC LIGHT OUT AT SCENE OF FATAL ACCIDENT

SPENCERPORT, NEW YORK (May 10, 2017) – A driver was killed in a fatal car accident on Thursday night at Route 31 and Union Street, according to the New York Daily News.

The crash remains under investigation.

However, police are saying that the traffic light at the intersection of the intersection may have been out due to a power outage.
