MANHATTAN: Fatal Escalator Accident Kills Beloved Substitute Teacher From New Jersey

ACCIDENT FALL AT WORLD TRADE CENTER KILLS WOMAN

MANHATTAN, NEW YORK (March 12, 2017) – A tragic accident killed a substitute teacher after she fell down an escalator while reaching for her hat, according to the New York Post.

Authorities are saying that the accident took place at the World Trade Center.

The Oculus escalator accident appears to have taken place when a woman was reaching for the hat dropped by her twin sister.

It remains unclear what caused the woman to fall. Escalators can be extremely dangerous.

Authorities will continue to investigate what happened in order to determine liability.
