KNOWLTON: Dump Truck Accident Leaves Two State Troopers Injured in Car Crash on Route 60

TRUCK ACCIDENT INJURES STATE TROOPER

KNOWLTON, NEW JERSEY (March 15, 2017) – A driver was injured in a multi vehicle crash that also injured two state troopers on Route 60, according to the Daily Record.

Both of the troopers involved in the crash were airlifted in order to receive medical support.

Police are saying that the crash involved a Honda, a dump truck and the state troopers. All three of the people that were injured in the crash were taken to the Morristown Medical Center.

It remains unclear how the accident took place. Investigators will have to look at all of the facts in order to determine if the dump truck driver was at fault.

The dump truck driver appears to have run into the back of a car that was pulled over.

Authorities will continue to investigate in order to determine liability.
