GUARDRAIL ACCIDENT KILLS TWO BROTHERS

BRONX, NEW YORK (March 12, 2017) – Authorities are investigating a crash that killed two brothers from Yonkers after the driver of the car failed to navigate a turn on East 233rd Street, according to NBC News.

The white Mercedes Benz involved in the crash went over the guardrail on the side of the road and landed in a tree.

The car ended up being perched inside of the tree. There are a number of issues that police should look into as they investigate this crash. Cities and municipalities have an obligation to create roads that are safe for drivers.

Have there been a number of accidents at this location? If the answer is yes, then that might point to systemic problems with the road.

The crash off the Bronx River Parkway happened in the early parts of Friday morning.
