GUARDRAIL ACCIDENT KILLS TWO BROTHERS
BRONX, NEW YORK (March 12, 2017) – A tragic car crash left two people dead after a Mercedes Benz that was traveling down the road failed to navigate a turn and went over a guardrail, according to NBC News. There is no word yet on what may have caused the accident or if speed was a factor. Faulty road conditions may have played a role, but that remains to be seen if that was a factor in this crash. Occasionally, road engineers will create road that are too narrow or are otherwise unsafe. That may create liability on the part of the city where the accident takes place. The car involved in the crash landed in a tree after it went over the edge. Police are saying that the two people involved in the crash were brothers.
